Ms. Payne has lead the Yellow Room almost a decade. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, an Illinois Professional Educator’s License and is credentialed in early childhood (birth to 8yrs old), infant toddler and youth education. We salute you Ms. Payne!
